User must be 18 and above
Before anyone’s order is accepted at Philippinessextoy, it would be first verified that he/she is 18 years and up. When it is verified, the order will be processed. However, if it is found that the user has not reached the age limit, the order will not carry further and cancelled. Therefore, the user must necessarily specify his/her actual age to ensure that the order is placed successfully.
Report us by 48 hours
If the customer after getting the order finds that it is a wrong one, he must report within 48 hours. This would be the minimum time limit to report. Otherwise, it would lead to cancellation of the order request.
Products will be replaced but not refunded
Philippinessextoy will always be considerate for sending wrong product if any. In such an instance, we will surely replace the product and send the right one to your home. There will be no refund for the order.
Get fresh products only
Philippinessextoy is against selling used products. Hence, no complaints will be accepted for sending used products. Since we accept only fresh products to our stock, we would never take such complaints. More than anything, what matters to us is health and hygiene.
Products for personal use only
We deal in products exclusively for personal purpose and not for any commercial reasons. Therefore, we always advise our customers not to use any of our products with a third party.
Damage by the user not to be considered
If the parcel delivered by us undergoes no damage but the customer later damages it, no return request will be accepted. Also, we would not be accountable for taking these cases into consideration.
